Statistical analysis of potential histogram at the GBs (a) 0 nm (b) 15 nm (c) 30 nm of NaF and IGs (a) 0 nm (b) 15 nm (c) 30 nm of NaF on CZTSSe thin-films. The histogram obtained based on the line profiles results of in regions of near of each sample, respectively. Higher positive potential ratio at GBs and lower negative potential ratio at IGs are exhibited in CZTSSe thin-film with NaF.
