Results of the selectivity test. The change (Δ) in the number of RJPs detected was calculated by subtracting the background from the number of RJPs detected. The target gene DNA, mismatched gene 1 (M1), mismatched gene 2 (M2), and mismatched gene 3 (M3) were used at a concentration of 100 nM.
