P@FPP NMs accumulated in tumor region due to enhanced permeability and retention effect (EPR) and enhanced endocytosis by “receptor-ligand interaction”. PRI and PTX were released from P@FPP NMs after endosomal escape. Subsequently, PRI combined with PTX synergistic inhibited cell viability and metastasis of A549 cells and thus enhanced chemosensitivity of NSCLC
