Our Series focuses on the fabrication and characterization of novel nanostructures and nanodevices. We cover various micro/nano-fabrication and characterization techniques of functional structures, devices, and systems. The topics will include micro/nano-photonic structures, microfluidic devices, nanophotonic sensors, physical/chemical sensors, nanomechanical devices, scanning probes, nanomaterial-based energy harvesting devices in the aspects of their fabrication, characterization, and applications.
